4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@satyasanatanyog.org within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including meditations, teachings, videos, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Satya Sanatan Yog Sanstha. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share account credentials with others; distribute or resell platform content; attempt to circumvent access controls or video protection; or use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Satya Sanatan Yog Sanstha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
